Overview

The 27-hp, 3-cylinder, large displacement, liquid-cooled TNV Series Yanmar diesel engine in the John Deere 3005 provides a high level of reserve power to handle tough jobs. To deliver power to rear implements, the tractor features a continuous live 540-rpm rear power take-off (PTO); this rotating shaft provides power to implements such as rotary cutters, rotary tillers, and more.
