Prior to Koenig Equipment we used to purchase from a few other vendors. We had good and bad experiences during those times. I really like your sales. You have always been knowledgeable, helpful and honest. You have a way to sell without pressure which is a gift in these tight times. I have always enjoyed working with you directly and will continue to do so. Some other positive things I would like to ad are your pricing (state bid especially), service (prompt and reasonable) and parts. From start to finish Koenig is always there. You treat us as a customer and not a lot of companies do that anymore due to by up's and downsizing. ...thank you again for your wonderful sales and service.
