On Friday, February 16, the District 5 Agricultural Power Diagnostic Competition took place at Miami Valley Career Technology Center in Clayton, OH, where many teams from across the region competed for a chance to advance to the state competition.  Teams were scored on their overall safety procedures of personal protective equipment and in safety of starting and operating equipment.  The teams were then judged on their efficiencies and abilities in locating and repairing two separate problems with the tractor.

The Valley View High School team, Colin Johnson and Lane Murphy, were the District 5 winners and will be advancing to the state competition.  Koenig Equipment is exceptionally proud of this team as they spent many hours practicing at the Germantown location and learning from Steve Dafler and Bill Sword prior to the competition.  The guidance and support from our service team paid off for these young men.
