I had purchased a Honda lawn Mower about 3 years ago and had trouble with one of the wheels coming off.
Service Manager Jarred Carson handled everything for me and had my mower repaired by the next day.
Everyone at your store seemed to have professional attitudes and I was very relieved the repairs were very quickly done.

I've dreamed of an X700 series tractor for years. I finally bought one from your Greenfield store and although I picked a bad time to buy (Covid Shortages) my sales person was awesome-Matt St. John. He went above and above and beyond in keeping this anxious buyer informed and was a straight-shooter which I appreciate. Also the service team was outstanding...I had a slight issue upon delivery and they came out and picked up the tractor on a Saturday and got it back to me on a Monday.

I Recently purchased a 1023e sub compact tractor with a loader and 60 inch belly mower. I first went to another John Deere dealer and received a quote only to find out I needed to purchase from within my territory that John Deere has set. Glad that I did. The service and attention I received from Koenig of Urbana far exceeded expectations. When I originally decided to retire my 1988 420 John Deere I did my due diligence and compared other brands. So I got prices on a orange one and a red one.
