I am a very big believer that a company is only as good as its personnel. My salesman Eric Moore was very knowledgeable, and if he didn't know the answer he looked it up versus making it up or guessing. This is why I made my purchase of John Deere at Koenig Equipment. I am also very pleased with my service work as well. Jeremy in the service department was very knowledgeable and courteous, as well as resolved my problems promptly. These "Team Players" are what makes a company grow.
