I've dreamed of an X700 series tractor for years. I finally bought one from your Greenfield store and although I picked a bad time to buy (Covid Shortages) my sales person was awesome-Matt St. John. He went above and above and beyond in keeping this anxious buyer informed and was a straight-shooter which I appreciate. Also the service team was outstanding...I had a slight issue upon delivery and they came out and picked up the tractor on a Saturday and got it back to me on a Monday. I couldn't ask for any better experience in the purchase of my X738 or in the treatment I've gotten afterwards.
