I recently visited your Oxford store for an $8 purchase of JD parts. You would have thought I was spending $800. The gentleman at the counter (177) was very pleasing to work with and treated my wife and me very professionally. Unfortunately, I failed to get his name. Even though it was closing time, we never felt rushed and that serving us was the most important task at hand for him. Though we a have a JD dealer a few miles from our house, we will travel the 22 miles to your location for our future purchases. Kudos to Koenig!
