Hi, I want to start out by saying that we were first time buyers and would never have bought our new 2520 John Deere tractor if it wasn't for Josh Briggs. Josh immediately made us feel comfortable. He spent lots of time showing us both new and used JD tractors. On the day our new JD 2520 was delivered it was raining, but that didn't dampen our excitment. Josh spent an hour in the rain showing us the ins and outs of operating our tractor. During the weeks that followed we had other questions that he answered in a timely manner. When Josh delivered our ballast box, he spent about an hour answering more of our many questions and showing us additional features of our tractor. We love our John Deere 2520.
