"This all started with a phone call for a price on a John Deere X729 and X728 Dana answered the phone. She was very up beat and polite and professional. She put me in contact with Chris he was also completely professional even though this was just a phone call that was a window shopper he took his time and treated me with respect. This kind of treatment in today?s age is unheard of. I thought that maybe some how I fell into a time warp. The people that I just came in contact with were not in a hurry to get me off the phone or better yet they were real not a push 1 for English. Zack delivered the unit on time. Went over the operation and functions and answered all questions. He said that we should not hesitate to call because we would probably think of some after he leaves. He even offered in the 20-degree temperature to remove the snow blade to show us how to install the mowing deck. Now that was taking the extra time to go above and beyond the call of duty. I have owned a Craftsman, two Cub Cadets, and most recently a Simplicity tractor. I cannot recall the staff doing the little extra to make a customer feel like they are not just a customer, but also a friend. It wasn?t just about selling a tractor it was about building a relationship. Not something you see in the world of hustle and bustle now days..."
