You can't do any better than Chris Brem. Explained everything to us during the buying process. We had to order some of the parts and pieces on our invoice. I called Chris and asked about the status as we moved into a foreclosed property and I had a ton of bush-hogging to do before the weather got bad. Chris advised that all the parts were not in, but asked as to what I needed. When I explained that I needed the tractor and the rotary cutter, he checked and called back advising that they were short on staff and he would personally deliver the tractor and bushhog. Chris got there and advised that he hated to be in a rush, but he had to get back to the office. He gave me the "nickle tour" of what I needed to know to operate the tractor and the bushhog, advising to use it and when the rest of the implements came in, he would send someone out to get it, bring it to the shop, clean it up like new, install all the parts and then bring it back. First off, I was floored (in an awesomely good way) about his taking time to bring the tractor all the way from Germantown to Troy. And then that he stated you all would come get it, clean and install and return. WOW!!! Not only have you earned a customer for life, but everyone I talk to a I send your way. Koenig All the Way!!
