I am very happy with my new Honda lawn mower.  Steve Green delivered it to my house and gave me tips on operating and maintaining the mower.  Your team at Koenig Equipment in Franklin is the best.  I always get the great service and advice.  I was in your store a few years ago when old man came in with a weed eater that was out of cutting line.  The counter man treated him with respect and courtesy and said he would have a tech install a new a cutting line right away.    And then offered the old gentleman a chair and gave him a bottle of cool water.  I was stunned and amazed, because I was used to bad and indifferent treatment at other stores.  I appreciate how your team treats me and other customers. You have a customer for life.
