We have had our John Deere tractor serviced by Koenig in Germantown, OH for many years. Our tractor is 24 yrs. old and we decided this year to purchase a new tractor. We have always been treated so good by the Germantown location. We knew that would be the store we would make our new purchase. Chris Brem was our salesperson and he did an excellent job!! Over and beyond our expectations. Dana is always so helpful to us and Josh did a great job too. The parts guy, I think his name was Will was also great. As we left their store today after buying our new mower, my husband said, "now that is service". We talked about our experience on the way home. We were treated just like family!! So excited about our new mower and also feel great about working with our Germantown dealership! Thank you.
