I recently had service on my LX176,  and the motor came apart.  The Franklin store came and picked up my tractor and replaced the motor, and returned my tractor in running condition.   Randy and his team were professional and exemplary in their work.   I give their entire staff 5 stars and would not hesitate to take my tractors to them for service.   They are truly the good guys.   Thank you Randy for your due diligence and hard work.  Good luck in your new store.   And thank you for everything.
