I recently bought a JD ZTrak mower from Koenig, and just wanted to take a minute to compliment the entire staff at the Tipp City location. I have purchased from other dealers in the area (who shall remain un-named), but I have never been treated as well. From the parts department to sales to service, I highly recommend Koenig if you are shopping or need service. I recently needed an adjustment on my brand new mower. The parking brake was really stiff, and there was nothing in the manual that seemed to help the problem. Angie sent Koenig's mobile mechanic, Aaron, out, and he was, knowledgeable, professional and courteous, and he set up the mower perfectly in no time.
