Terms and Conditions

Required Information - You may be required to supply certain information relevant to Your order including, without limitation, name, email, phone number, credit card number, credit card expiration date, billing address, and/or shipping information. You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s); and that (ii) the information You supply to us is true, correct and complete. By submitting such information, You grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Your order.  

Order Cancellation - Koenig Equipment (heretofore referred to as We) reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to goods availability, errors in the description or prices for goods, errors in orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. 

Purchaser Order Cancellation Rights - Any goods You purchase can only be returned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Our Return and Refund Policy. Please read our Return and Refund Policy to learn more about Your right to cancel an order. 

Payment - All items purchased are subject to a one-time payment using the methods We have available on this site. Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If We do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your order. 

Return and Refund Policy

We do not accept the return of items made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

All returned items MUST be in the same condition as You received them. You should also include all of the product instructions, documents, and original packaging with part number labels intact. Items that are damaged, not in the same condition as You received them, not in the original packaging, or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the purchased item(s) while they are in Your possession.

All returns are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and You are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Stocked items returned within 30 days of purchase will be refunded in full, subject to the above terms. After 30 days a restocking charge of 15% will be deducted, subject to the above terms.

Non-stocked items returned within 30 days of purchase are subject to a 20% restocking charge in addition to any return freight charges We incur with our supplier(s) and the above terms. No credit will be issued after 30 days.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned item(s), subject to fees noted above. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the order.
