Just a quick note for a personal thank you that you have technicians who are willing to work way after hours and weekends. We had a breakdown with our bean planter, and someone came by at 9 pm at night and got us going. The same problem came up again in the morning and you folks were back out right away and we had a great weekend, which means this farm wife had a great weekend.
I had another farm-wife girlfriend, in southern Ohio, who was very frustrated…their planter was totally down and the only tech who could work on it wouldn’t be available until 2 pm!!!
